MH3G: Sixth News

So yeah, yesterday there wasn't much news and I was really loaded with schoolwork but I got that out of the way for today and you'll be pleased with the tidbit of information I attained for you. There is now a Lagiacrus rare species, as I mentioned on Sunday. We didn't know much till mimusu1634 (Thank you so much!) fed us with her new videos of it. It apparently inhabits the underwater ruins, aka Ceadus' layer and final stage. It is dark dark blue in coloration and has large horns. What is truly disappointing about it is that it still shoots out thunder like both other Lagiacrus' putting down our hype for a black-and-red-dragon element Lagiacrus. Its trademark attack is making a double tornado shoot through the water at the hunter. Its attacks are actually very much stronger than the White and normal Lagiacrus' and it can do a electric discharge like both other Lagiacrus' but it covers a wider range and portion of the area. It is water ONLY and it is cool because the Tower's bgm plays as the battle theme. It gives off 5 carves instead of 3 unlike the other Lagias. It is okay imo, Capcom could've been more creative on it rather than it being just a Buffed up normal lagiacrus but it doesn't matter, aslong as ya'll are informed, everything is cool. Here are the links by mimusu1634 (I will be forever grateful to her):

MH3G: Fifth News

Hi guys, I finally got my laptop working again and today we got quite some information on the Nargacuga Rare Species. It is white-ish blue in colouration and inhabits the Tower 3 from MHFU, as stated before. It uses its tail for attacks more than Green Narga and Normal Narga. Its tail slam is really powerful, and it can even connect its tail slam into a 360 degree tail swipe to the left then immediately to the right. Another very special thing about its tail slam is that when it hits the ground, it sends spines flying directly at you inflicting poison, something never before seen in the Nargas. It can actually do this with every tail attack when it is in rage mode. It also can extend its spines on its tail by shaking it in the air, even if it isn't in rage mode. It also has its regular attacks, like the wing-hit thing but it can control itself and not stop to breathe after every combo. It is also very fast into getting its attacks to connect with the hunter and it can turn invisible whenever it jumps around to get a good strike at the player. It looks amazingly thought of for a subspecies and can't wait till we see a video on Lagiacrus Rare Species maybe later this week. This game looks amazing so far. Oh and here the links to the videos which mimusu1634 provided us with:

Thnx for reading today's post hope you enjoyed and Thank you mimusu1634 for keeping us up to date better than anyone else on MH3G.

Random note: I have a living environment/biology teacher called Ms. Narga, lol

MH3G: Fourth News

I deeply apologize for missing yesterday's post. My laptop caught something and Windows Home Security 2012 virus-thing blocked internet on it, and I am fixing it as we speak.I am currently using my sister's laptop, thank you Jess! Lol, any who, I have quite some information today in regards to (more)monster subspecies. Earlier this week rumors spread about a Ceadus Subspecies until we got a picture of it's quest page with its icon. Today we got a 4 minute video show-casing its final stage. Lets talk about the monster or the little we know of it. It is a new gold-ish brown color and it has a bigger beard. It also has two LARGE horns of equal size on its head compared to the Original Ceadus with a small then large horn. It also has a new version of regular Ceadus' water beam attack. Instead of firing up and down it actually goes from side to side now. It looks cool and impressive in detail. Here is a video.

On another note, there is now a new Nargacuga and Lagiacrus subspecies. Yes folks, 2 subspecies for both monsters. We still dont have liable proof of the Lagiacrus Rare Species other than Koulin from Gamefaqs who is indeed a reliable source. The Nargacuga Subspecies on the other hand we do have video proof. It seems to inhabit the Tower 3 from Unite where one would fight Gold Rathian ad Silver Rathalos. It also can turn invisible (O_O) making this guy a serious threat to hunters, beig able to sneak and strike fast. t also seems to have golden-ish underside fur and overall light blue colouration. It can also do the double tail slam from green Nargacuga. It seems cool but we are still in the dark about it. Here is the video, very shaky and bad camerawork but it is all we got:

Damn this game is a subspecies fest lol. Thank you for reading today and again I apologize for missing yesterday's post.

MH3G: Third News

Well as shown yesterday, there is a new monster, seemingly called Kuatorion, but that rumor was laid to rest, with new info on being released today, thanks to mimusu1634 who has been providing us, the hunter community, with videos on the new aspects of the game. The monster is really called Guran-Miraosu, which I will try to roughly translate to Great-Miracle or something like that. (I am not 100% sure that that is it's english name translation, just to put that out there) It looks like a Rock-covered Fatalis with Cannons for wings. It stands on its hind legs like a Fatalis (as mentioned in yesterday's post) and it even has the drag and bite attack from the Fatalis, only difference being that it shoots fireballs from its wings while it does this. It's tail even hits you as it turns just like the Fatalises. Now now, I'm getting carried away with it, lets talk about the gameplay aspect. It is fought underwater and on land. The water bit is basically you swimming and attacking its body while it's head is emerged and as it shoots fireballs from its cannons. It seems to have chunks of lava on it which can be broken of, like an Agnaktor's. On land this monster is fierce, for it has varying attacks, like a Tail slam, roaring while shooting its raining fireballs towards you, and even an attack where it slams its arm down on the ground. It also has an attack where it forms a fire tornado for a second, making a lot of damage to the hunter. Most of its attacks include raining fireballs from its wings in one form or another. It really is a cool new, awesome looking monster imo. You judge for yourselves.

Thanks mimusu1634 for upload!:

If you haven't subscribe to her, and thanks for reading today :D

MH3G: Second News

So today, we were informed about the new monster previously seen at the end of the MH3G intro. It seems that this monster is fought on land and on water for it is seen standing on water all the way up to its neck. It seemingly has a rock covered body with lava around it and attacks with cannons through its wings shooting lava up into the sky then raining fireballs on the hunters much like Crimson Fatalis. It is supposedly called Kuatorion based on translations. I basically see it as a newly improved Crimson Fatalis. It stands that way, on its two feet like a Crimson Fatalis and lives in a watery volcano area. It can summon the fireballs like a Crimson Fatalis and its face has a striking resemblance to a Crimson Fatalis' but that's just my thoughts on it. Here is a video on it:

We also got slight news on Jinouga, but its basically worthless, for it barely shows anything new except for an exploding "Great Thunderbug" it makes.

Thanks for reading today, and I'll see if there is anything new later on.

MH Old news(?)

So news on MH3G have been pretty slow today so I will talk about "old" games that have come out the previous month of November. These are mostly unnoticed games, that may have been ignored by probably most of the Monster Hunter Community.

I shall begin with Monster Hunter Frontier Egg Runner. Basically , like the the name implies, you play the famous, egg-carrying quests from the normal games. You have a Gurenzeburu (From Monster Hunter Frontier Online) chasing you while to run to the finish line, base camp and deliver the egg. It is very simple in gameplay matter, and it runs very bad, for it has major lag issues, and it runs on Android. It is only available in Japan (as is most Monster Hunter games.) I find it to be personally awful and that CAPCOM should have spent time on something better, but hey its just a small-time addition to the Monster Hunter series. Here is a good video from the youtube user we all know----AzureStarStone

On the note of mobile Monster Hunter games, a new one was made titled Monster Hunter Phantom Island Voyage. It will provide a new way to hunt, training your own monster and fighting it against another player's monster. It will run on iPod Touch and iPhones and Android.
It will feature the Rathalos, Rathian, Kamu Orugaron, Espinas, Plesioth, Hypnocatrice, Bullfango, Bulldrome, Yian Garuga, Yian Kutku, Tigrex, and Berukyurosu all returning monsters from Frontier.

Frontier is also getting an update, Monster Hunter Frontier Online Season Forward 3, much is unknown about it and news will seem to pour in later in January. Here is a link to the preview site:

Thanks for reading today's post, and sorry if the layout turns stupid now. Something went wrong when my cat sat on my keyboard >:0 lol.

MH3G: First News

As many of you may know, yesterday was the release of the first Monster Hunter game on the 3DS, Monster Hunter 3(tri) G, it is in fact an expansion to Monster Hunter 3(tri) on the Nintendo Wii. It features many new subspecies and returning subspecies from the previous installment in the series, Monster Hunter Portable 3rd. This game also officially introduces a new Brute Wyvern named Bracchidios. Unlike other Brute Wyverns, its arms are well developed into slime covered fists, making them its main method of attacking. Its "plasma" slime explodes over a short period of time. If a hunter comes in contact with the slime, it is stuck to them like fire-blight but it turns different colors, from greenish to reddish until it eventually explodes. A hunter can remove it by rolling. Another significant attack by the mighty Bracchidios is a jump attack where it leaps towards a hunter and rams it's horn(tumor :-P) into the ground. It lives in the Deserted Island and Volcano as far as we know. Here is a video, all credit goes to youtube user mimusu1634:

This new addition to the Monster Hunter series also brings along returning monsters(and revamped versions) Plesioth, Green Plesioth, Azure Rathalos, and Pink Rathian. First let us talk about the Plesioths. As seen through demo videos and scans, it is now possible to hunt them underwater, giving the Plesioths new attacks underwater making them more fierce foes than they were in previous games. There is a new hammer and longsword for them as seen through the previous trailers. Here is a demo video of a Plesioth Hunt, again all credit goes to
mimusu1634:

The Pink and Blue Raths also return from previous games with their own new revamped versions and new attacks. Their new "gimmick"attack is the fire bite. Normally a Rathian or Rathalos bites you, from the ground or while hovering but they now release a burst of fire while doing so, giving hunters fire-blight if they come in contact with it. They also have incredible detail judging from videos seen thus far. Here are more videos from mimusu1634:

Pink Rathian:

Azure Rathalos:

This game also brings in a new, and anticipated Lagiacrus sunspecies. It is white in coloration and has a large variation of wide ranged and close range attacks on land (unlike the greatly waterbased normal Lagiacrus) It can shoot immense amount of thunder that kind-of explodes in the ground. It can also spark thunder around itself much like the Khezu or Gigginox Subspecies. Here is more detailed gameplay video from mimusu1634 once more:

That is it for today folks, if more info and videos are released later in the day, I'll make sure to add it. Thank you for your time and thank you to mimusu1634, <--------everyone subscribe to her :D

EDIT: Bracchidios' weapons seem to now have a new element, the same plasma slime on the monster itself, It turns from green all the way to red then explodes. Here is a link to a video proving this, credit goes to cowcow3100:

I myself might get a Japanese 3DS and MH3G soon, so expect videos from me around the end of the month or January.
